Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free queries

Submitting a free legal query does not involve any payment. You can withdraw your query at any time by writing to us, but no refund is applicable as no fee is charged.

2. Paid video consultations

When you book a paid video consultation, you are reserving a specific time slot with a lawyer. To keep the service fair for both users and lawyers, we apply the following rules:

• Cancellation 24 hours or more before the scheduled time: you are eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time: the fee is non-refundable, but we may offer one reschedule at our discretion, subject to lawyer availability.
• No-shows: if you do not join the consultation or are unreachable for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the consultation is treated as completed and no refund is provided.

3. Cancellations by Lawyer's Advice or the lawyer

If we or the assigned lawyer need to cancel or reschedule and an alternate slot is not acceptable to you, you will receive a full refund of the consultation fee paid.

4. How to request a refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please email lawbridge.advisory@gmail.com with your name, booking reference, and the reason for the request. We aim to review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
